After School Programs
Participation Waiver Agreement
Read through the Permission and Waiver Agreement, below; sign and date; and submit with your paper registration form.
THIS PERMISSION AND WAIVER AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR PARTICIPATION IN ALL TERRA CENTRE PTA AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
If multiple children participate in the same program, only one Permission and Waiver Agreement needs to be submitted for all children. All programs require this completed waiver prior to the start date of each program.
TC PTA is happy to sponsor the following Fall 2024 programs:
- Lego Club, Grades 1-6, Tuesdays
- Registration closed
- Chess Club, Grades 1-6, Tuesdays
- Registration closed
- Running Club, Grades 4-6, Wednesdays
- Registration full- waitlist only
- Beginners Gymnastics, Grades 1-4, Wednesdays
- Registration full- waitlist only
- iCook After School, Grades 1-4, Thursdays
- Registration full- waitlist only
Are you interested in volunteering to be an After School Club coordinator?
We still need a coordinator for Thursdays.
Volunteers get FREE club registration for their child!
